About Ernie's Towing
History
Wayside Auto Body Inc., D.B.A. Ernie's Towing is a family owned and operated business serving the Pioneer Valley since 1976. Our operation is based in Northampton and Amherst, where we have strong ties to our local and surrounding communities. Our owner and President, Frank Fournier is a native of Northampton and has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Frank is active with the Northampton Chamber of Commerce, The Towing and Recovery Association of America and the Statewide Towing Association.
Affiliations
Our dedication to excellence in service has allowed Ernie's Towing to gain the trust and service to most major auto clubs and many other roadside assistance programs. We respond to over fifteen municipal organizations such as the Northampton, Hadley and Amherst Police Departments, the Massachusetts State and Environmental Police and many public safety departments like the University of Massachusetts and Hampshire College. We also have a large clientele of auto body shops, garages and dealerships.
Our People
All of our business philosophies and beliefs would not amount to anything if they were not lived and breathed through the hearts and soul of every employee at Ernie's.
We know there are a lot of towing companies to choose from. Ours is one where our people put 100% into everything they do and combine this with there high degree of professionalism. The result is that our people are enriched and fulfilled by delivering an exceptional towing experience to every customer, every time!
